Rafal and his team did an exceptional job removing the old floors in two rooms and the corridor, then installing new flooring and floor strips. The final result is stunning. Despite our tight schedule, Rafal was very flexible and managed to begin the work ahead of the agreed time. He and his team were incredibly supportive and provided valuable advice for our house. Additionally, they kept the work very clean.

A renovation is a stressful process and I had so many issues BEFORE I met Rafal. However, from the first meeting with Rafal I was confident that he and his team could deliver exactly what I needed; and more importantly that I could trust them, which is what I was lacking with the other contractors. Rafal made sure to understand my vision and make it come to life.
TRUST -- The biggest quality I was looking for was working with people I could trust. And with Rafal that's exactly what you get. I got a clear contract where everything was outlined. And even though there were hiccups (due to third parties) Rafal and his team delivered on time. Most importantly, Rafal is an honest communicator who does his best for you!
CRAFTSMANSHIP -- The craftsmanship of Rafal's team is excellent. It's clear that they are experts in what they do, and that they have been doing this for a long time. There are so many things that I didn't see or wouldn't have seen that they got just perfect. For instance, lining up the tiles/ grout lines in my bathroom so that it matched the lines with the windows. They took the time to make more cuts in the tiles so that it made sense and looked good. The finish on everything from laying a new floor, to the walls, tiles, furniture, etc. was just excellent.
PROFESSIONALISM -- Rafal and his team are really professional. They do what they say they are going to. They also took such good care of my apartment and things while they were working. On day one they perfectly set up floor protection and dust covers; and every day the apartment and the workspace was left clean. Everything was done with so much care and effort!
If you're thinking about a renovation, just choose Rafal and his team. You won't regret it. I am so happy with the result, and will use them for the rest of the rooms in my apartment too.
