We're foreigners, and that theoretically adds extra difficulties: language barrier, different views, standards and expectations. Yet, Huscompagniet has smoothed the process for us to the best, with the extra care shown by Henrik Espensen making things very easy and fun for us.
The whole process has been incredibly efficient, with different workers perfectly synchronized with their activities on site.
Transparence and flexibility have been greatly appreciated, too: as a client, you can choose your level of involvement, letting Huscompagniet guide you through the best solutions and materials, or choosing by yourself: they'll do their best to adapt to your wishes and needs.
The (few) issues that inevitably occur during a project of this size have been efficiently and willingly solved.
The only downside, in our opinion, is their choice of the VVS & El partner company: the process of choosing materials and appliances with them proved not transparent and not very flexible; also, that company clearly exploits their dominant position, being the only provider.
As a whole, we're very happy of our new house, and fully recommend Huscompagniet to everybody.
