Vi er overordnet tilfredse med deres arbejde. Der var ingen afvigelser mellem tilbud og faktura, alle var forholdvis lette, at få fat på og der blev reageret hurtigt, da vi stødte på et lille bump i processen. Dette var rart, da det sørgede for, at vi havde ro i maven under hele arbejdet. Vi sidder tilbage med et hus, der har fået meget bedre indeklima, hvilket mærkes tydeligt, af alle os i husstanden.
På trods af alt det positive, er vi kede af, at der ikke er tænkt mere over, at pex-rørene, der er ført rundt i huset, er blevet placeret, tættere sammen og nærmere væggen, så det havde krævet mindre plads, at bygge en kasse, der kunne skjule dem, på en pæn og estetisk måde.
Samtidig er vi lidt kede af, at der er efterladt store huller i væggene, hvor rørene overgår fra rum til rum. Det havde været mere kvalitetsgivende, på trods af, at firmaet ikke er et murefirma.
Jeg har det lidt sådan, hvis man kan lave hullerne, og kun bruger 1/4’s plads til rørføring, kan man også godt fylde dem igen.

The guy (Michael) showed up next day after I contacted him so it was pretty fast.
I explained him a problem and pointed him to the part that I thought is broken/malfunctioned (it was actually a result of my insurance company check). He agreed with this and said that the part (PM regulator) should be replaced.
I asked him how much approximately it is going to cost. He said that he is not sure about the price of the part but he thinks it is going to be something like 1500-1800kr + moms and 1 hour of work - 530 kr + moms. I said that it seemed like it is not going to exceed 3.000kr. and he agreed with it. Unfortunately he never even mentioned that we need to sign an agreement or something like this and I didn't think that this is really necessary (that was my mistake).
About 2 days later another guy (can't remember his name) came by and replaced the PM reg. in about 1 hour (as it was expected). It was not exactly the same kind of the reg. that I had. Mine was with the thermostat joined to the heat exchanger but the new one was without it. The problem was resolved however the old thermostat stayed connected to the heat exchanger (now it is just a piece of garbage). The guy promised to talk about it with his boss (Michael) and be back in few days to finish the job. He said that they would need to order another part to remove the thermostat. But it never happened. It is not a huge problem of course (the heating system works fine) but it just doesn't look nice - useless piece of metal is wired to the heat exchanger.
In couple of weeks later the initial problem came back and I contacted Michael about it (it was Friday). He promised to check it on Monday. But during the weekend it started to work fine by itself again so on Monday I called Michael and canceled the appointment.
Anyway, in about 1 month later after the part was replaced I received a bill for 4.296kr. I was charged for 1.5 hour of work (994kr.) and the rest is the part - 2.642kr + moms. I was very surprised by these numbers. I checked the prices of the part on Internet and found that the part they installed costs around 2.100kr. including moms and guarantee. Simple Google search for "Redan TRYKSTYRINGSVENTIL" gives you multiple offers on the first page.
I wrote to Michael that the price he is charging me is unfair and asked him to reconsider it. He didn't reply that message. One week later, (one day before the payment time) I wrote him again and said that I'm only going to pay what I think is fair - 3.100kr. I agreed on 1.5 hour of work (even though it was 1 hour) + 21xxkr. for the part. Then he started to reply and insisted that I have to pay the full amount on the bill. He said that that the working time includes the time needed to get from their office to my house and back, this is why 1,5 hour. That didn't sound very convincing because my house is in about 500m. from their office but I didn't argue about it.
However the price of the part was completely off. He tried to explained it by a guarantee that his supplier provides for the part but he couldn't explain what kind of guarantee it is when I asked him. All web shops provide guarantee. Furthermore, the manufacturer (Redan) also provides guarantee.
I told him that the price he charges violates our mutual agreement and it doesn't correspond normal market price. But he kept to insist that 4.296kr. is the final price and I must pay it. I didn't get any further explanation of the price from him.
I paid the full price after all just to leave it behind but this is not an experience that I expected.
Later I also found on Internet a regulator with a thermostat (the same as I had) and it costs 2974kr (incl. moms and guarantee of course). It was much closer to the price that Michael charged me. So I asked him again (it was 10 days ago) - maybe it was just a mistake and the supplier sent him a wrong part? But he never replied so I think I can leave this (not very positive) feedback here.

Hillestrøm tog selvtelefonen og kom samme dag og besigtigede opgaven som blev til udskiftning af 11 radiatortermostater med nye rørstykker. Tilbuddet blev overholdt. Svenden hidkaldte hjælp da der opstod problemer. En ældre meget erfaren installatør kom straks og løste problemet. Svenden havde glemt at åbne en ventil, så der ikke kom varme, da der var behov for det. Igen kom Hillestrøm inden for to timer som aftalt og fandt problemet, og gav os varme.
Det er anden gang vi har brugt Hillestrøm, og vi er meget tilfredse, selv om der var en lille forglemmer.
