Ganske venlige medarbejdere, der arbejdede professionelt og vi fik præcis den service vi forventede.
Det eneste minus er at jeg måtte efterspørge rapporten og fik den lidt senere end ventet. Dog var forklaringen at der var sket en teknisk fejl.

Alt i alt meget tilfredsstillende

Hurtig kontakt, fik hurtigt konkret tilbud og aftale om opstart, virkelig flinke og imødekomne medarbejdere der lavet arbejdet til perfektion.

I had a really bad experience with this company.

I had to use this company as it is the only one that works with my andelsbolig.
One of the things that needed to be fixed was to make the pipes under the sink to be vertically straight and fixed. The plumber had to move away a wooden board under the sink before drilling the holes to the wall to attach the pipes. After installing, he did not check if everything would be back in place again. It resulted that I could not put back anymore the wooden board because here drilled some centimeters away from the correct position. He left the place dirty with dust, did not clean after the job. Everything was done in a hurry.

I called the company 30min later and explained what happened and asked this to be fixed as soon as possible because it was their fault to install it wrong. The owner told me that I should have checked with the plumber while he was there (really? how would I imagine that this would be a problem?) and also that I would need to wait 10 days because he did not have time available anymore to fix this mistake before.

I had no choice, I could not wait that long because I am in the process to sell my apartment. I had to fix it by myself with the owner giving me instructions over the phone... I have never experience that, having to fix by myself the mistake of a badly executed service.

Do not go with this company if you are expecting professional service and good customer care. Avoid it.

selve arb er godt udført, men pris i forhold til timeforbrug, burde afstemmes. de fakturerer mere end de bruger.
