We ordered through a sketch and they delivered something totally different. The guy come to measure but assumed a series of elements instead of asking us - which leads us to the fact that the island isn’t fitting. And the sides are 0,5cm instead of 2cm (as assumed and confirmed by the sales lady). Now no one is answering on my emails nor calls. I’m stuck with a unfit delivery that I already paid for.

You sent ud a kitchen sketch to make you an offer. The you wrote to ud that all af the kitchen was installed and it was ready for us to come and measure. We dit that and when we came to mount the countertops there had been some changes to the kitchen that you did not tell ud about.
Now the pieces don't fit and you now tell ud that you never wanted us to measure, instead we should have made them from the first sketch. But we have the email telling ud that you want us to measure the kitchen. We have offered to remake the pice that doesn't fit for a special price, cost only.
