Cant give any instructions to craftsman, they request to ask their superior and he doesn't know what and how the work is done by craftsman.
Because he doesn't monitor regularly.
Poor communication and poor supervision.
If I buy something to fix they don't prefer rather they want to buy and if I recommend they complained lot to fix those items.
