This guy has disappeared with the money we paid him in advance to buy the materials for building, after completing about 50% of the promised work. We never received documentation of the money already spent for the materials actually used, nor an invoice for his 1-month salary (to build the skeleton of a carport).
The roof started to leak as soon as the first rains hit, so we had to quickly find someone else to fix it, with extra expenses for materials and work.
