Both Jesper and Jacob are super nice, service friendly person. Instant response to my questions, and a quick follow up for the parts that didn’t get fixed immediately. Most importantly, I am impressed both with their work ethic and their honesty- for the part that didn’t get fixed immediately, they took responsibility and didn’t bill us for the time. That was not only decent but ensured that I would always trust them going forward. And they left the bathroom spotlessly clean. I was nervous during these corona times and they understood that and wore masks the entire time they were in our house. I should add that they had a third person to help- Søren - and again, the experience was the same. Obviously this is the culture of this firm- friendly, courteous and service-minded.
