Initially verbal agreement was work to be done in 4 days, and in reality it took 3 weeks, spread around. Offer made in April, accepted same week, work to be finished in last week of October. After the replacement of window, outside and inside were left dirty, broken lots of smaller pieces spread around the garden, inside the room was also left completely dirty. When walls were made, the drops of cement were cleaned, but lots of circle traces are still visible on the tiles (looks awkward). Wall was made half within 2 days, then after 1 week, the other half was done. Wrong door and window were delivered, where after rejecting them, the call from the company came only after ~ 1 month, telling door ordered as window colors. After long arguments it was decided they change the door/window (after ~2 month after rejecting the door/window). Payment was told to be paid after all job done, but payment request came before wrong window/door made.
