Window cleaning
This is the second time I've availed services from FH Polering and find that the first time was better. The second workers were polite and nice too but found that the corners of one of the windows were not properly wiped or removed of soap so you can see the mark up till now. I was also trying to cancel this month's schedule and I sent an email to them saying it is because I will not be available at the said date. My trip was cancelled so I was at home when they came although I was surprised.

Hi Grace. Im really sorry about this time. I hired another window cleaner for some of my customers because im very busy atm. I tought he could handle theese windows because he told me that he cleaned windows for 10 years. But he actually called me few Days ago and said it was too hard and he dont want to clean those windows anymore. When i see this one from you im just sure that it was the best for both of us.
Next time i will go to your apartment by myself so you will get a nice view again.

Hi Grace. Im really sorry about this time. I hired another window cleaner for some of my customers because im very busy atm. I tought he could handle theese windows because he told me that he cleaned windows for 10 years.
