Very bad experience. They cancelled the cleaning a few times 5 min before the appointment. They also made changes on the same day. We had scheduled the cleaning at 8 am and nobody showed up. then they wrote at 10:30 saying that the cleaning team will be there in 30 min. Obviously we were working so we couldnt open the door. That day we did not have cleaning but they wanted us to pay for that!! Also, very unfriendly people. Not the cleaners but the administration. A very bad experience overall.
