Nyt køkken setup
I used this company for the electrical work in the new kitchen where
- some new sockets need to be installed
- Grounding need to be done
- EL Main box need to be changed.
As per first communication, it was a work for couple of hours. But some work done and the person left. Then started chasing the person for completing remaining work.
After many phone calls, A person was assigned who was very good and worked hard.
The issues were:
- The time utilized was way beyond the estimates.
- No commitment was kept in terms of arriving time and completion time.
And I paid for those extra hours.
- And finally I had to terminate the contract and now I have 3 open sockets hanging around my stuen.
- No tavlen has been changed.
- No grounding done.
And I paid DKK 10000 just for putting up wires, installing 2 sockets, 2 points for koolskab og oven and one emhætte.
I am very upset with the company and the way a customer is treated.
It is the height of negligence that I have seen.
I have wasted my money and trust in this company and do not want anyone to go through the same..
I would never recommend anyone to contact such irresponsible and NOT at all service-minded company for any work.
